A long and cold winter has established itself in the Thousand Islands. It does not look like an early spring for boaters. I have added a few images shot along the river this past week during a windchill of -36 degrees Celsius. The strong currents through Ivy Lea help keep some open water in that area and present opportunities of mist rising. The photos can be found in the Recently Added and Thousand Islands Galleries.
Please note the photos were removed from the Recently Added Gallery on March 20th. They may still be viewed in the Thousand Islands Gallery.
